Project timelines are subject to weather conditions, equipment availability, and workload scheduling. While we strive to meet expected timelines, delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins. Failure to follow agreed payment terms may result in suspension or termination of services.
A&D Construction is not responsible for hidden underground utilities, pre-existing site damage, or unforeseen ground conditions. It is the property owner’s responsibility to ensure utilities are properly marked before work begins.
